Our Take The Jade Fusion 68" is a heavyweight sustainable mat that's good for yoga, general fitness and pilates at home. If you really sweat a lot, consider getting a regular thickness mat and topping it with the sweat-absorbing Liforme or Rumi Star Mat. *We also think it's really comfortable for sitting in meditation.
