Q1. Can I get free shipping?

Absolutely, for purchases over $80 sgd. For purchases below this, a small charge of $10 sgd applies. 

Q2. I received the wrong item. Can I exchange?

We are sorry for our mistake. On the rare occasion this happens, please write to us at and we will arrange to make things right!

Q3. The item is defective. What can I do? 

Please email within 7 days of receipt, attaching clear photo(s) and a brief explanation. If the defect is not due to wear & tear, we will offer a direct exchange (subject to stock availability) or store credit (valid 30 days). 

Q4. Can I return & get a refund?

If the purchased item is defective - see Q3. If you purchased the wrong item, or it doesn't fit, we can offer store credit, less $10 sgd shipping fee (valid 30 days), after you return it to us at your own cost. Item must have all its tags (or shrink wrapping) in place & undamaged. Email for instructions.

Q5. What is your return policy?

They don't apply to items on 'sale' or discounts. If defective - see Q3. If you change your mind - see Q4.

Q6. My size is out of stock / I don’t see what I want?

Q7. My mat smells!

Rubber mats have a natural rubber smell. Eco-friendly polyurethane (eg Liforme) has a mild smell. And lifetime PVC mats (eg Manduka PRO, Prolite) have a slight smell. All of these will dissipate within 1-2 months of regular use & airing- this is normal.

Q8. My mat is slippery / not grippy. 

The lifetime PVC mats (eg Manduka PRO, Prolite) have a very thin protective silicone layer, which can be removed prior use. You can scrub off with sea salt (Manduka recommendation) or a rough bristle brush, and then hose down with water. Regular use will remove the layer as well. The process can take between 1-3 months, depending on how often you use the mat (i.e. wear down the silicone layer).
