Q1. Can I get free shipping?

Absolutely, for purchases over SG $100. For purchases below this, a small charge of SG $5 (or $10, 1-2 days expedited) applies. 

Q2. I received the wrong item. Can I exchange?

We are sorry for our mistake. On the rare occasion this happens, please write to us at and we will arrange to make things right!

Q3. The item is defective. What can I do? 

Please email within 7 days of receipt, attaching clear photo(s) and a brief explanation. If the defect is not due to wear & tear, we will offer a direct exchange (subject to stock availability) or store credit (valid 30 days). 

Q4. Can I return & get a refund?

If the purchased item is defective - see Q3. If you purchased the wrong item, or it doesn't fit, we can offer store credit, less $10 sgd shipping fee (valid 30 days), after you return it to us at your own cost. Item must have all its tags (or shrink wrapping) in place & undamaged. Email for instructions.

Q5. What is your return policy?

They don't apply to items on 'sale' or discounts. If defective - see Q3. If you change your mind - see Q4.

Q6. My size is out of stock / I don’t see what I want? 

Check in with us at to let us know what you’re looking for. We will try our best to fulfil this! 

Q7. My mat smells!

Rubber mats and those enmeshed with cotton (eg Rumi Earth Sun range) have a natural rubber smell. Eco-friendly polyurethane (eg Liforme) has a slight, very mild smell. All of these will dissipate within 1-2 months of regular use & airing- this is normal.

Q8. My mat is slippery / not grippy. 

None of our yoga mats should have this issue. If you do encounter this, it could be extra dry palms - try moistening them and then using the mats again. This problem is much more often experienced with plastic / PVC mats (eg Manduka PRO, Prolite), because of a very thin surface silicone layer. We don't carry these unsustainable mats though!
